LAN CARGO signs with AFI KLM E&M for Boeing 777 freighter component support and engine overhauls. - AFI KLM E&M has won a component support contract for LAN CARGO Boeing 777 freighters and for the overhaul of their GE90-110 engines. Agreed in the framework of the Boeing 777 CSP partnership, the Components contract includes repairs for aircraft and engine components and pool access for routine replacements. The Engines contract was signed on a flight-hour basis with access to spare engines.
