


AFI KLM E&M provides component maintenance for MD11 aircraft. Our know-how and skills were not achieved overnight; they are the result of many years of work supporting customers. We are able to provide solutions to a range of component maintenance needs with our modern shops and smart logistics.
Our loyalty to Mc Donnell Douglas products ranges from the DC2 to the MD11. This heritage is a solid foundation for our maintenance capabilities supported by the continued operation of a large MD11 fleet today.
Our Amsterdam facility carries out A-Checks and (on request) C-checks on MD11 aircraft, as well as modifications, paint jobs and cabin and IFE system upgrades.

The AIR FRANCE KLM Group has a long history of overhauling CF6-50 jet engines. In 1974, KLM was the launch airline and carried out the first engine shop visit. Since that time AFI KLM E&M has carried out over 6,000 shop visit on the CF6 family.
We have developed numerous manufacturer-approved repair processes. We also have a pool of spare engines to meet all our customers' needs. Finally, we have built up a network of used parts suppliers that includes TSI (one of our US joint ventures) and GE Aircraft Material, which has a warehouse at Schiphol, near our engine shop.

We have developed a large used serviceable part network including sourcing from our brand new engine USA based teardown subsidiary TSI and a contract with GEAM (GE Aircraft Materials) to enable an integrated Supply chain for used materials, all available solutions are studied to match your reliability and costs reduction expectations.
